Assembly
The D4 display is a self assembly system.
All components are lightweight and
high quality - making it both portable and durable. The standard
D4.8 system shown here can be assembled in under five minutes.

1.
Insert
bottom rods into
the holes at the rear of the base plate. The bottom rod has a silver
ferrule at the end,
add the middle rods.
2.
Attach
cable ends into base plate keyholes. Slide the black cable attachments
on to the top rod sections. The top rod section is the shortest of
the three rods which together make up a mast.
3.
Gently
pull the middle rod forward and insert the top rod with the cable
attached to form a bow shape. When inserting the top rod section make
sure that the cable is facing the front of the display and that each
rod is firmly pushed in.
4.
Slide
the two cross ties into the banner sleeves and attach to the verticle
cables using the thumb screws. Loosely fix bottom cross tie.
5.
Stand
display upright,
adjust top cross tie so
that banner is straight. Adjust the bottom cross tie, pulling down
to tension banner. Finally tighten thumb screws.
