Making a purchase
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products on the site,
click on any items
that you wish to buy and add them to your ‘Shopping
Basket’. If you wish to order multiple quantities of an item, simply
make the adjustment in the shopping basket and click on ‘Recalculate’ to
update your order. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and
you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy
the order before moving on to the secure server for credit card processing.
Credit
Card Security

We accept all major credit cards, with payments processed on secure,
encrypted payment systems that feature industry-leading fraud prevention
in order to keep you safe and secure when buying from IMEX online.
Guarantee
All hardware supplied by IMEX Display is covered by a 10 Year Manufacturers
Guarantee against component failure and defects. Illuminated and motorised
products across all our product ranges are covered by a 1 year guarantee.
This Guarantee shall not apply to any product altered or serviced by
anyone other than an IMEX Display representative. IMEX Display does not
guarantee any product or service other than that which is provided by
IMEX Display directly. This would include but not limited to any damage
to product and or personal property caused by repairs or graphic installation
by the end user.
This Guarantee shall not apply
to graphics, or any products that must be replaced because of normal
wear, that have been subject to misuse,
negligence, or accident, that have been altered by someone other than
IMEX Display, or through failure to follow the company’s instructions
for use.
Privacy Policy
Please note the following regarding the Data Protection
Act 1998.
IMEX Display do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
Cookies may be
used
on
the purchasing
system
to keep
track
of the contents of
your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery
addresses and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
For account customers: We may transfer information about you to our bankers/financiers
for the purposes of providing services for the following reasons:-
- Obtaining
credit insurance
- Making credit reference agency searches
- Credit control
- Assessment and analysis (including credit scoring. product and statistical
analysis)
- Securitisation
- Protecting our interests
We will provide you with details of our bankers/financiers and thet
of any credit reference agencies used on request.
Delivery & Shipping
Standard items are usually despatched to UK customers
within 3 working days from order placement or artwork approval if required.
Items are
despatched on a next day service by a national courier. Overseas orders
please enquire for price and shipping times.
Back
Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always
be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All damaged goods must be reported by email to display@imex-group.com
within 7 days of delivery.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, because
it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred
in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
IMEX Display will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In
the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the
item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
This does not affect Your
Statutory Rights.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period:
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to
withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the
day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your
Statutory Rights.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within
the seven working day statutory cooling-off period, and there has been
no error on our
part, we will refund the cost of the item alone. Where we collect an
item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection
from you.
We will not refund the cost of any personalised graphics, your
costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you
in connection
with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error
on our part or because it is defective.
Tax Policy
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
